Information gathered through our website and sales channels is used in confidence for the purpose of providing requested products and services, communicating with you and providing a customized shopping experience.

We do not sell your personal information. In some cases, we may use business partners to help fulfill orders (e.g. manufacturer direct and/or drop ship orders). We do not share your personal information for any reason other than fulfilling your product or service.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All website hosting services are billed in advance for a period to be determined by the customer (e.g. monthly, quarterly, yearly). If you wish to cancel your service prior to your service end date (period in which you have prepaid), your service will be cancelled at the end of service term.

All products (physical goods) are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon return. If you wish to return a product, please contact us to receive a return authorization request number. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If your product has already shipped and you wish to cancel, you will need to request a return authorization request number.

Exceptions may be made to the above refund/cancellation policy.
